Vision
The School Counseling program at Highline High School envisions a future where students are compassionate, empowered learners and leaders. They will possess the knowledge, skills and beliefs to practice critical thinking and problem solving, grounded in awareness of and advocacy for self and others, in order to thrive and make a positive impact in their communities and the world.

Mission
The mission of School Counselors at Highline High School is to provide equitable access to a data-informed, comprehensive, anti-racist school counseling program that supports the academic, college & career, and social emotional development of every student so that they graduate prepared for the future they choose.
