Highline’s November 3, 2026, school construction bond and technology levy would fund facility and technology needs for students across Highline.
The Highline Technology Levy would fund technology that supports student learning.
The levy would resume funding technology used for instruction, classroom support, internet access and district systems. This includes classroom technology, instructional software, wireless networks, infrastructure and student and staff devices.
