Your action is required. The online verification process is now open. All families are required annually to submit updated health information.
Having up-to-date information is important. Verifying your information ensures we have an updated home address, phone number, emergency contact and health information on file. All of these items help schools to keep students safe while at school.
Online verification is an annual requirement that allows families to review, verify and update their students’ information. Complete online verification for the 2021-22 school year through ParentVUE.
Filling Out the Online Verification
To update the information, log into your ParentVUE account.
We recommend using an internet browser on a computer, but you can also access it through your smartphone. This feature is not currently available through the ParentVUE mobile app—you must use an internet browser.
You will see a pop up message that prompts you to complete online verification before you continue on to ParentVUE.
Click the blue button that says “Begin Enrollment or Verification”
You will then be asked to select the online packet that you would like to begin. In the drop down you will select, “2021-2022 Verification (for current students)”. Click the blue button that says “Begin New Registration”.
Follow the prompts until the final step to submit.
Need Access to ParentVUE?
If you do not know how to access ParentVUE or you need help activating your account, please contact your school office to receive your activation key. At least one parent with educational rights should have an active ParentVUE account.
In addition to online verification, ParentVUE allows you to view grades and attendance and message teachers. You will be able to see records for all your children at any Highline school with a single login. Learn more about ParentVuE on our website.
If you have questions about the new online verification feature, please contact your child’s school.
