Highline High School is marking its 100th year with a celebration of student creativity, talent and history — from career & technical education (CTE) to the arts!

Join us for the CTE & Arts Showcase and Centennial Mural Unveiling on Wednesday, May 21, from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Highline High School.

This event is free and open to all community members and alumni.

CTE & Arts Showcase: 3:00-7:00 p.m.

There will be several events happening throughout the afternoon/evening:

  • Student-run workshops in the arts
  • Art show showcasing student projects
  • Photo booth with Highline props
  • Drama performances
  • Musical performances
  • Film festival

Centennial Mural Unveiling: 5:00 p.m.

The highlight of the evening will be the unveiling of a student-created Centennial Mural at 5:00 p.m.

The mural honors the generations of students, staff and community members who have shaped Highline since 1924.

Food will be served following the unveiling, starting at 5:15 p.m.

Guests are invited to explore student-run workshops, an art show, a photo booth with Highline-themed props, musical and drama performances, and a student film festival — showcasing the wide range of skills and creativity fostered at Highline.

We hope to see you there as we celebrate a century of Highline pride and public education.
